All the products offered in our online store are physical, and they are manufactured by Manufactura de Ingenios Tecnológicos S.L. (MINT S.L.)Product purchase details:
- Once the purchase is in the basket, the customer must fill the billing information and indicate the shipping address.
- The next step is to select the payment option among the available ones: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
- The shipment is carried out through the company Nacex. Our sales service will contact the customer to send the tracking number.
- The delivery time is approximately 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
- For any questions during the purchase process or during the wait for the product, the customer can contact our sales department through the following email: sales@theroboboproject.com.
Product Return:
In case the customer desires to return any product purchased in this store, there are 7 working days from the reception of the order to proceed. To do this, the customer must access to his/her personal account at https://theroboboproject.com,enter in the Support section and check the “Refund” button. Once on this page, all the fields of the refund form must be filled: first, the serial number of the Robobo base must be indicated, then an email to contact the customer, and finally, a message explaining the refund reasons.
The refund process will be as follows:
- Once we receive the request, we will respond to the provided email indicating if the refund period is correct and the process to follow.
- The customer will bear the shipping costs to our central office.
- The money will be refunded as soon as the product arrives at our office and we check that it is not damaged.
- The money refunding method will be the same used in the purchase by the customer.
