SALES CONDITIONS

All the products offered in our online store are physical, and they are manufactured by Manufactura de Ingenios Tecnológicos S.L. (MINT S.L.)
  • Once the purchase is in the basket, the customer must fill the billing information and indicate the shipping address.

  • The shipment is carried out through the company Nacex. Our sales service will contact the customer to send the tracking number.
  • The delivery time is approximately 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • The customer will bear the shipping costs to our central office.

Our support department will contact the customer via email and will indicate the steps to follow. The shipping costs of a warranty repair are covered by MINT S.L. Out of the warranty period, if the customer has a problem with his Robobo base, he/she can access to the personal account at http://theroboboproject.com, enter the Support section and check the button “Repair out of warranty”. Our support department will contact the customer via email and will indicate the steps to follow. The shipping costs of repairing the unit out of the warranty period must be covered by the customer.
